Rolled Beeswax Candles

Lovely Beeswax Candles

David Fisher
Beeswax candles are really wonderful. A light, warm glow and a wonderful sweet scent make them true delights. And rolled beeswax candles are about the easiest candles to make. Since the wax isn't melted, you don't need a melt pot or stove to make them. A great project for kids!

Here's what you'll need:

  • Some beeswax sheets (they usually come in about 8" x 16" sheets
  • Some primed wick appropriate for a 1" candle
  • A matt knife, sharp knife or razor blade (I use a small kitchen paring knife.)
  • A suitable cutting surface
